Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Corrugator at the Fort Worth Sheet Feeder facility. The role supervises the shift, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee maintenance coordination, and mentor staff to meet daily production targets and KPIs in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years corrugator supervisory experience in a packaging facility.
• Lean environment experience; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proven track record of effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Act as first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical or production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce control procedures.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments to meet goals on time and cost-effectively.
• Monitor production to ensure schedules are met and waste is minimized.
