Job summary

Lamb & Associates Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to run corrugated box machinery in a fast-paced plant environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

You will work 2nd shift with mandatory overtime as needed, follow all procedures, read a tape measure, perform basic math, and assist with keeping workspaces clean and organized. Prior corrugated experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in corrugated manufacturing.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 pounds.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as required.
• Ability to follow specific directions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate corrugated box machines to produce containers.
• Perform repetitive stacking, sorting or labeling of boxes.
• Read measurements and ensure product quality.
• Maintain clean and safe workstations and follow safety rules.
• Report to work on time and follow all established processes.
