Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a Machine Operator Helper to support 2nd shift (3pm–11pm), Monday through Friday. You will assist in operating manufacturing equipment, supply materials, monitor production flow, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities include loading materials, assisting with setup and runs, and preparing finished products for shipment while following safety policies and documenting production records.

2nd shift-3pm to 11am / Monday through Friday

Machine Operator Helper assists in the operation of manufacturing equipment to ensure the safe and efficient production of corrugated packaging products. This role supports machine operators by supplying materials, monitoring production flow, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with machine setup and production runs.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
• Monitor product quality and notify the operator of any defects or issues.
• Stack, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Perform basic measurements and quality inspections according to specifications.
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with machine cleanups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Support other production areas as assigned.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery. Ability to work overtime, and weekends as needed
