HPS Micron Group LLC is seeking a Coil Operator I to join the Coil Assembly Team. You will produce transformers, use precision tools, and perform quality checks to meet required cycle times in a safety‑conscious environment.

You will work collaboratively with the team, follow 5S practices, and wear PPE while contributing to a high‑quality production process in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments to tolerances.
• Able to read Bills of Materials and Order Management Sheets.
• Knowledge of dispensing machine operations and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality transformers according to standards and timelines.
• Utilize precision tools to ensure accurate measurements and specs.
• Perform quality checks on finished work and monitor cycle times.
• Maintain safe work practices and 5S housekeeping.
• Communicate production status and safety concerns to supervisors.
