Responsibilities include producing to standards, performing quality checks, and communicating status with supervisors. Candidates should read BOM/OMS, handle hand tools, and maintain equipment with 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments (machinist’s scale, tape measure, dial calipers) to tolerances.
• Able to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) and Order Management Sheets (OMS).
• Knowledge of dispensing machine operations and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality transformers according to established standards and timelines.
• Utilize precision tools to ensure accurate measurements and product specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished work and complete tasks within cycle times.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct preventive maintenance when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates regarding tasks, safety concerns, and production status.
