Job summary

HPS Micron Group LLC is seeking a Coil Operator I to join the Coil Assembly Team. You will produce high-quality transformers, using winding machines and precision measuring tools, while collaborating with team members to meet schedules and safety standards.

The role requires reading BOM/OMS, operating dispensing equipment, and following 5S and PPE guidelines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments to within specified tolerances.
• Capable of reading Bills of Materials (BOM) and Order Management Sheets (OMS).
• Knowledge of dispensing machine operations and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality transformers according to established standards and timelines.
• Utilize precision tools to ensure accurate measurements and product specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished work and maintain cycle times.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance when necessary.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate regarding tasks and safety concerns.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols and 5S housekeeping practices.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors to support production goals.
