Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, proficiency with inspection equipment and tools, and excellent communication skills. High school education or GED is required, and CNC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and apply complex hydraulic and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using various inspection equipment and power tools.
• Good communication skills and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to shop machinery and tools.
• Troubleshoot complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance with minimal production disruption.

Skills

Understanding complex drawings including hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

Use of inspection equipment (micrometers, indicators, electronic levels)

Proficiency with hand tools and required power tools

Excellent communication skills

CNC experience

Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC logic knowledge

Education

High school education, GED, or equivalent
