Qualifications

• Experience running CNC lathes and/or machining centers to produce precision metal components.
• Ability to work in a quality-oriented team and maintain good attendance.
• Must interpret dimensions and tolerances from mechanical drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify product.
• Stand for up to 3 hours and lift up to 30 lb occasionally.
• Fanuc, Mazak and Okuma control experience is a plus.
• Trained to perform own changeover/setup to reduce lead times.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and/or machining centers.
• Interpret drawings and verify with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain quality and attendance standards.
• Perform changeovers/setups to reduce lead times.
• Work on second shift: Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM; training on first shift for 30–90 days.
