Job summary

JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP is partnering with a leading aerospace precision gear manufacturer to hire experienced CNC Machinists for a Direct Hire opportunity in Twinsburg, Ohio. Compensation includes $27.00–$34.00/hour, 2nd shift with $2.00/hour shift differential and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Work from process sheets, blueprints, and setup sheets to produce precision parts. The role requires 2+ years of CNC experience, ability to set up machines, read blueprints, and inspect own work to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets.
• Reliable with good attendance and strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe and/or milling machines per blueprints.
• Perform machine set-ups and adjust tooling as needed.
• Inspect own work and ensure conformance to tolerances; assist others as required.
• Document production and enter data into ERP.
