Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a job shop.
• Strong math, blueprint reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and run multiple machines.
• CAD/CAM knowledge.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate horizontal lathes and vertical mills.
• Perform bar feeder, live tooling, and rotary axis setups.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining sequences.
• Load tools, indicate parts, and set work coordinates.
• Machine parts per print while holding close tolerances.
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts.
• Run multiple machines and complete production documentation.
• Support LEAN, 5S, ISO 9001-2015, and ISO 13485 initiatives.
