Responsibilities

• Complete setups and operate Okuma LB3000 and LB4000 CNC lathes for production runs.
• Interpret engineering drawings to drive correct tooling and process choices.
• Apply and refine machine and tooling offsets; perform timely tool changes.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts to meet drawing specifications.
• Use precision metrology: micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, height gauges, and thread gauges.
• Maintain accuracy, document results, and uphold quality throughout the run.
• Show up on time and own your assignments from start to finish.
