Job summary

The Sheridan Group in Sheridan MN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri) to lead daily bindery and press operations, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage production staff, monitor workflows, implement improvements, coordinate with maintenance, analyze data, and uphold safety standards while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing schedules, production flow, and team performance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bindery and press operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
• Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
