Sheridan MN is seeking a Bindery Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and on‑time delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing production staff, driving performance, and maintaining production standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise bindery and press operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
• Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
