Job summary

Sheridan MN is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead daily bindery and press operations, ensuring high-quality output, on-time delivery, and efficient workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will oversee production staff, drive performance, and maintain production standards while partnering with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime. This hands-on leadership role offers growth and impact on daily operations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing schedules, production flow, and team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise bindery and press operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
Partner with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
Analyze production data to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
