Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a production operator at our Lancaster, PA facility to run pallet centering, banding and stretch-wrapping equipment while ensuring safety and compliance with customer specs.

Starting rate is $25.53/hour with bonus potential, paid vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Overtime opportunities and forklift certification may be required or provided.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Able to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet centering device, banding equipment, and wrapping systems.
• Input and retrieve information from the system.
• Read customer specifications and finish goods per instructions.
• Maintain and inventory dunnage, tapes, and wrap materials.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and leak-free operation.
