Job summary

Packaging-Corporation-of-America (PCA) seeks a production/maintenance-aligned operator in Hanover, PA. You will run pallet centering and auto banding systems, manage raw materials and load tags, and ensure finished product quality for customer specs.

A strong safety mindset and ability to work in a manufacturing environment are essential. Starting pay is $20.56 per hour with annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet centering device, banding units, conveyors and stretch wrap equipment.
• Input and retrieve information from systems as needed.
• Read factory cards and execute customer specifications for finishing units.
• Maintain dunnage inventories and load tags per customer specs.
• Monitor machine output quality and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a neat, orderly workspace.
• Assist with basic maintenance and communicate repair needs.
