Job summary

The Distribution Lead will direct daily activities for distribution employees in Lithia Springs, GA, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving and storage of materials and finished goods. This role serves as a subject matter expert and partners with management to uphold ResMed’s standards and values.

Key duties include inventory control with cycle counts and report generation, expediting critical shipments, training warehouse staff, supporting system upgrades, and enforcing OSHA, FDA and ISO rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in distribution or warehouse leadership.
• Experience with inventory control and data entry.
• Strong MS Office skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Reliable, energetic, adaptable to varying schedules and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities for distribution employees.
• Participates in day-to-day warehouse duties.
• Performs inventory control: cycle counts, data entry, reports.
• Expedites critical shipments as needed.
• Serves as point of contact for distribution teams.
• Supports training of warehouse staff.
• Participates in system upgrades, testing and implementations.
• Enforces OSHA, FDA and ISO rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Walks, sits or lifts up to 40 lbs; may handle hazardous materials.
