Job summary

TMV Global Inc. is seeking an Assembly Production Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations on the 2nd shift in Ripon, WI. The role focuses on meeting production schedules, maintaining safety, and driving Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturer, strong leadership, and a commitment to employee development and teamwork. On-site work with potential additional days as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to drive teamwork and proactive improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly operations and coordinate team activities to meet targets and schedules.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on safety, quality, and equipment operation.
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with technical/support teams to resolve production issues.
