Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Lincoln, CA seeks an Aircraft Component Repair Technician II for the second shift to diagnose and repair electronic components. You will read schematics, use precision tools, and perform soldering and test bench operations to return parts to service.

Experience with IPC soldering, scopes/meters, and adherence to FAA repair data is required; overtime and shift flexibility may be necessary. Benefits include medical, retirement, and other programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• 2 years experience in related fields such as sheetmetal, electrical/electronic harness work or related.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, engrg docs, and using precision measuring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and overhaul mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies according to manuals and drawings.
• Set up, maintain, and operate test equipment to perform functional tests.
• Inspect parts to ensure conformance with requirements.
• Remove skins and components on flight controls and install parts.
• Demonstrate repair techniques including soldering and protective coatings.
• Maintain required FAA RS paperwork and ensure a clean work area.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
