Quad is seeking an experienced Second Press Operator for the Springfield, MA location. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining press equipment and overseeing the press crew during downtime and make-ready periods.

Competitive hourly pay ranges from $22 to $33 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make-ready and operate press based on written instructions.

• Monitor product quality and approve/reject as needed.
• Direct and coordinate activities of assigned crew members.
• Perform required make-ready and maintenance duties.
• Complete documentation for the job (electronic and paper).
• Provide training so crew can cover for each other and grow.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
