Beacon Hill is seeking a Second Chair Plaintiff'-Side Birth Injury Litigation Attorney for our Maryland office. The role focuses on catastrophic birth injury cases, with hands-on responsibility, depositions, and trial exposure.

A path to more responsibility on nationally significant matters is offered. Based in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC, the attorney will work in the office with occasional travel for trial assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Medical malpractice experience strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Salary: USD150000 - USD151000 per year

An established and growing plaintiff-side medical malpractice firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join a newly created trial team focused on catastrophic birth injury cases.

This position offers hands‑on responsibility, substantial courtroom exposure, and a clear path to increased responsibility on nationally significant cases.

Location
