The Killino Firm, P.C. is a nationally recognized catastrophic injury and wrongful death law firm dedicated to representing seriously injured children, families, and victims of negligence. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing litigation team. Our practice focuses heavily on complex and high-value matters involving birth injuries, child injuries, medical negligence, and commercial vehicle accidents. We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and possesses the litigation skills, judgment, and commitment necessary to successfully prosecute significant personal injury cases.
About the Position This role offers substantial responsibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our litigation team while taking ownership of cases through all phases of investigation, litigation, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and appeal when necessary. This is a primarily remote position; however, attorneys must be available to attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and other litigation-related proceedings as required.
