Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in progressive retail operations.
• Ability to speak, read, write English and Spanish.
• Proficient computer skills including email and internet.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and provide leadership in absence of Store Director.
• Train Team Members and maintain quality customer service.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure fully staffed departments.
• Forecast Grocery/department needs and place orders accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, safety and food safety standards.
• Drive efforts to increase sales and maintain merchandising standards.
