Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Foundational understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly cash flow statement and forecast preparation.
• Support 10-Q and 10-K filings and related disclosures.
• Execute SOX controls and maintain control evidence for audits.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and journal entries as needed.
