This senior individual contributor will help deliver accurate, timely external and internal reporting while leading initiatives to simplify workflows, strengthen reporting data, and build scalable processes.The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate reporting needs into a practical process and data strategy, work across teams to implement solutions, and drive adoption and measurable results. You will partner closely with technical accounting, investor relations, FP&A, tax, treasury, controllership, equity accounting, internal reporting, and finance systems and data teams to improve how financial information is sourced, reconciled, reviewed, and reported.---## SEC Reporting Manager Responsibilities* Lead the preparation or review of quarterly and annual financial reporting, including financial statements, earnings materials, statements of shareholders’ equity and cash flows, footnote disclosures, and MD&A schedules.* Lead reporting transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.* Develop prioritized plans, align stakeholders, and manage dependencies alongside recurring reporting responsibilities.* Define and track improvements in reporting cycle time, manual effort, reconciliation exceptions, and data quality.* Evaluate end-to-end reporting processes, identify root causes of bottlenecks and manual work, and redesign workflows and reconciliations to improve efficiency and scalability while maintaining reporting accuracy and effective controls.
