Creative Financial Staffing, LLC, based in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to own quarterly and annual SEC filings and to work directly with executive leadership. This onsite role offers visibility, long-term growth, and the chance to impact a growing public company.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 10+ years in accounting and public company experience, including GAAP, SOX, and acquisition accounting.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and SEC reporting experience.
• Public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred; financial institution experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure requirements.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance.
• Manage tax-related responsibilities, including deferred tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities.
• Oversee GAAP compliance, internal controls, SOX-related processes, and general ledger accuracy.
• Support acquisition accounting, fair value assessments, and integration of acquired entities.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and business leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 + 15% Incentive Bonus + Profit Sharing

Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
