Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting and/or corporate reporting experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC filings.
• Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee financial statements, footnotes, and supporting disclosures.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Partner with auditors, operations, and finance teams.
• Mentor junior staff and strengthen internal controls.
