The role requires a Top Secret clearance, extensive curriculum development experience, and proven ability to train diverse audiences, including international users. Occasional travel and localization of materials are expected.
VTG is seeking a SeaVision Training Specialist III to support NIWC Pacific's Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Training program. This full-time role will help design, deliver, and sustain SeaVision training for U.S. and partner-nation users. Work will be performed primarily at a contractor site or remotely, with periodic Government-site support based on mission needs.
Program performance is anticipated to be approximately 90% contractor-site/remote combined and 10% Government-site. Remote arrangements and travel assignments will follow mission needs.

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $100,000-$150,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
