Job summary

Plug and Play Tech Center in Seattle seeks a Program Manager to run 3–6 month accelerator programs up to twice yearly. You will manage events, startup relationships, and business development with corporate accounts, while coordinating marketing collateral and supplies for the team.

You will serve as the Seattle office PM, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, timelines, and milestones, and you will build a thriving ecosystem of mentors and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in technology or entrepreneurship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Interest in early-stage venture capital, startups, and emerging tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and own accelerator programs for high-potential startups across Enterprise AI and Healthcare.
• Serve as PM lead for Seattle office, align stakeholders, track initiatives and milestones.
• Build relationships with startups, conduct intake/exit interviews, monitor progress.
• Grow an ecosystem of mentors, VCs, and service providers to enhance value.
• Coordinate events, mentor sessions, workshops, travel, and budgets.
