Job summary

Fresh in Seattle seeks an Area Sales and Education Executive to drive sales strategy and training in assigned retailers. You will lead in-store trainings for Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom, plan events, manage travel budgets, and strengthen relationships with store leadership and beauty advisors.

The role requires 3–5 years beauty experience, strong communication, and ability to travel. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Based in Seattle, full-time, with a $70,000–$90,000 USD yearly salary.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand.
• Must be able to travel within the territory, and drive frequently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory through strategic call cycles and events.
• Manage freelance and travel budgets to maximize SPH and ROIs.
• Conduct in-store trainings for Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom in line with retailers' Brand expectations.
• Plan and execute in-store events aligned with brand initiatives and improve event sales.
• Collaborate with store management on visual placement and merchandising standards.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel and retail partners.
