Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor in the Seattle WA area. You’ll lead in luxury, natural skincare and high-performance skincare education and sales with partner accounts.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in luxury retail preferred
• Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills
• Knowledge of clean beauty trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated
• Ability to manage time across multiple locations
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps for scheduling and reporting

Responsibilities

• Confidently communicate brand story and emphasize natural ingredients
• Educate staff and customers on product benefits and brand philosophy
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and demonstrations
• Meet sales targets while working independently in the field
• Manage schedule across multiple store locations
• Provide support to retail partner staff
• Perform mini skincare treatments on the sales floor
• Submit detailed recaps with insights to improve customer experience
