Job summary

Fresh, a global skincare brand, seeks a Selling Specialist to support sales and education in Seattle and Portland. Drive daily sales, assist in-store events, and build relationships with Sephora and Ulta teams to boost in-store performance.

Required: beauty industry experience, weekend availability, and strong communication. Will travel within the designated territory and maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Beauty industry experience required.
• Weekend availability (Thu-Sun) is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Experience in Sephora/Ulta environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per hour and ROI) in assigned stores.
• Assist Executive in execution of in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with higher ROI and event sales.
• Establish strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora/Ulta BA’s, Store Leadership, DM’s, and employees.
• Support strong partnership with Sephora/Ulta BA’s and clients by providing service and support in-store.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, etc. are visually impeccable and aligned with merchandising standards.
