Responsibilities include fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, and operating a range of ground support equipment, while maintaining ramp awareness and safety. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft types and aircraft servicing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform fueling, towing, parking, de icing, and basic cleaning of aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment per procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of ground services for arriving/departing aircraft.
• Maintain ramp awareness and monitor weather and hazards.
• Communicate clearly with team during movements and operations.
