Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, placement, and basic cleaning.
• Operate ground support equipment safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery of ground services for arriving/departing aircraft.
• Maintain ramp awareness and manage weather-related risks.
• Work with Shift Leads or Line Management as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and crews.
