Job summary

Modern Aviation in Fort Worth is seeking a Line Service Technician to provide safe and efficient aircraft ground handling and exceptional customer service. This hands-on role supports arriving and departing aircraft with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude.

You will fuel, tow, park, de-ice, and perform basic cleaning while using ground support equipment safely. The position requires stand/walk ability and willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have open availability as schedules vary, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft types and aircraft servicing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, placement, and basic cleaning.
• Operate a wide range of ground support equipment safely.
• Ensure timely delivery of ground services for arriving/departing aircraft.
• Maintain ramp awareness including aircraft movement and FOD prevention.
• Perform duties with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Deliver Modern Aviation's service by assisting passengers and flight crews with professionalism and care.
• Greet customers with energy and a positive attitude, exceeding expectations.
• Anticipate customer needs and represent Modern Aviation professionally.
