Job summary

Modern Aviation is seeking a hands-on Line Service Technician to support safe and efficient aircraft ground handling. You will fuel, tow, park, de-ice, and clean aircraft while delivering exceptional customer service to owners, guests, and flight crews.

Role emphasizes operational readiness, ramp safety, and clear communication with team leaders, flight crews, and airport staff. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; strong safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have open availability.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong mathematical aptitude is expected.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft types and servicing practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft fueling, towing, parking, de icing, placement, and basic cleaning.
• Operate a wide range of aircraft ground support equipment safely and per procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery of all required ground services for arriving/departing aircraft.
• Maintain ramp awareness, aircraft movement, FOD prevention, and weather awareness.
• Assist passengers and flight crews with professionalism and care.
