Tripalink is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to care for apartment homes in Seattle. You will perform standard maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained units within budget.

Travel between properties within Seattle-University District area is required, with a focus on autonomous work and safety. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and customer orientation are required.
• Self-starters who can manage day-to-day workload independently.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical systems and troubleshoot panels.
• Perform basic remodeling and carpentry as needed.
• Maintain HVAC, heating and plumbing systems for functionality.
• Repair appliances like microwaves, laundry machines, and dishwashers.
• Conduct pest control activities as required.
• Perform general upkeep and assist with special trades as needed.
