Qualifikationen

• 2+ years general maintenance and repair experience.
• Valid Washington state driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Pass criminal and driving background checks
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High School diploma or GED or higher education encouraged

Aufgaben

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, caulking, fixture replacement, minor repairs, appliance troubleshooting).
• Prioritize, schedule, and complete maintenance work orders based on urgency, safety, and resident impact.
• Communicate professionally with residents to coordinate service appointments and provide updates.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and compliant with codes and standards.
• Plan and execute apartment turnovers to minimize vacancy time and ensure units are rent-ready.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Escalate work requiring licensed or specialized trades when appropriate and assist with coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation (work orders, photos, receipts, invoices, expenses).
• Report safety concerns, property damage, or operational risks promptly.
• Collaborate with property management and facilities teams to meet needs.
• Uphold company values and provide high level of customer service.
• Follow industry best practices and company procedures.
