Job summary

Kalles Group seeks a Privacy Program Analyst to lead assessments across enterprise clients and strengthen data governance. You will document mitigation steps, collaborate with Legal, IT, and Security, and help ensure privacy controls align with evolving risk and compliance requirements.

You will manage DSARs, data mapping, and privacy program initiatives while supporting privacy tech rollouts. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and a strong privacy fundamentals mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in privacy, risk, or compliance-related work, with hands-on privacy impact assessments.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or related field required.
IAPP certification (CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT) strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of privacy principles and core privacy controls.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end privacy impact assessments and related assessments such as DPAs.
Document actionable mitigation recommendations for partner teams.
Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Security to align privacy controls with risk posture.
Improve privacy assessment processes, data mapping, and documentation.
Support audits, maturity assessments, and other compliance initiatives.
Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs).
Maintain and build data mapping and governance documentation.
Support rollout of privacy-enhancing technologies and tools.
Identify and escalate privacy risks and help lead incident response.
