Job summary

Kalles Group in Seattle is seeking a senior ROPA/privacy analyst to help build and maintain a Canada-focused ROPA program, collaborating with the client's privacy engineering team and multiple business units.

You will own discovery sessions, document data handling practices, draft ROPA entries, and coordinate with 24+ stakeholders while reporting progress in daily standups and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or maintaining ROPAs in North American context (US/Canada).
• Experience at senior analyst or engineer level in privacy/GRC with direct ownership of ROPA work.
• Comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders, including VP level, without coaching on communication.
• Strong organizational skills with proactive follow-up across many concurrent stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build out Canadian ROPA program from the ground up, partnering with client’s privacy engineering team.
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with ~10–12 business units, documenting systems and data handling.
• Draft and maintain ROPA entries using established templates, adapting global structures to Canada-specific processes.
• Track outstanding items across 24+ stakeholders with clear ownership and timelines.
• Communicate professionally with senior business stakeholders and keep leadership copied on updates.
• Participate in daily standups to report progress, plans, and blockers.
