Job summary

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible OB-GYN physician to join the First Hill/Ballard OB-GYN and Midwifery practice in Seattle, Washington. The role combines obstetrics, gynecology, procedures, surgery, and longitudinal outpatient care within a teaching-focused, collaborative environment with residents.

Compensation ranges from $375,745 to $487,670 per year, with comprehensive benefits and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited OB-GYN residency program before start.
• Experience is preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical judgment and interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
• Collaborative practice model with OB-GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, and residents.
• Teaching-focused environment with opportunities to work with Swedish OB-GYN residents in clinic, inpatient consultation, labor and delivery, and surgical care.
• Shared call and inpatient support model designed to promote safe patient care, team communication, and sustainable physician practice.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, full-scope OB-GYN with mix of obstetrics, gynecology, procedures, surgery, and longitudinal outpatient care.
• Provide patient-centered care and participate in teaching residents.
• Collaborate with midwives, residents, and other specialists.
