Job summary

Swedish Medical Group in Seattle is seeking a full-time OB-GYN to join the First Hill/Ballard OB-GYN and Midwifery practice. The role combines 0.8 FTE clinical duties with 0.2 FTE as Medical Director, in a highly collaborative, teaching-focused environment with residents.

You will provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care, work with CNMs, maternal-fetal medicine, hospitalists, and residents, and participate in quality initiatives and residency engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited OB-GYN residency program.
• 2+ years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB-GYN care including obstetrics, gynecology, procedures, and surgery.
• Lead and collaborate with nurses, midwives, and residents within a team-based model.
• Support teaching with residents in clinic, inpatient, labor and delivery, and surgical care.
• Participate in practice meetings and quality/improvement initiatives.
• Promote clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness.
