Swedish Medical Group in Seattle is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join the First Hill/Ballard OB-GYN and Midwifery practice in Seattle, Washington. The position combines 0.8 FTE clinical practice with 0.2 FTE as Medical Director, in a collaborative academic-community environment with residents.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited OB-GYN residency program.
• 2+ years of OB-GYN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and nursing leaders to align clinical practice across First Hill and Ballard locations.
• Promote clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support development, implementation, and adoption of evidence-based standards, policies, procedures, and care pathways.
