Qualifications

• Strong litigation training from a national firm, regional litigation boutique, or comparable practice.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills; sound judgment; collaborative approach.
• Washington bar admission or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience; focus on commercial, construction, and project disputes.

Responsabilités

• Managing discovery and developing case strategy.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Drafting substantive motions independently or with limited supervision.
• Supporting trials, arbitrations, and hearings with increasing responsibility.
