Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its Washington practice. Location: Spokane, WA with remote or hybrid options.

The role offers handling sophisticated construction and civil litigation matters while providing flexible work arrangements for long-term growth. Requirements include 5+ years of construction or complex civil litigation, strong writing, research, and advocacy skills, and active Washington Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction litigation or complex civil litigation experience.
• Active Washington Bar admission required.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex construction litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Representing clients in construction defect, construction defense, and related civil litigation disputes.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings.
• Conducting legal research, discovery, and depositions.
• Appearing at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Developing litigation strategy and working directly with clients throughout the lifecycle of a case.
