Qualifications

• JD Class of 2022 to 2024.
• Experience managing key aspects of commercial litigation in a law firm.
• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Washington.
• Resume, law school transcript, and legal writing sample.
• Strong research, writing, and litigation skills with high academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Oversee day-to-day litigation operations and manage discovery processes.
• Drafting: Author pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Depositions & Court: Take and defend depositions and assist with hearing or trial preparations.
• Legal Research: Conduct complex legal research and draft analytical memoranda on substantive and procedural issues.
