Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation assistant or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting attorneys in a litigation practice is required.
• Strong understanding of court rules and filing requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat for legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Prepare, proofread, revise, and format pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and related documents.
• File legal documents with state and federal courts, including electronic filings.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files, exhibits, and discovery materials.
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court dates, and deposition schedules.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, travel, and trial-prep logistics.
