Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Experience with software development in C++, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency with distributed/high-concurrency server technology stacks.
• Experience with big data systems such as Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, HBase.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the overall architecture design and implementation of data application platforms for the Trust and Safety organization.
• Improve architecture stability, efficiency, and reduce storage/calculation/cost complexity.
• Design and implement data integration, offline/real-time development, data governance, and BI analysis.
• Mentor, coach, and influence team members to grow R&D capabilities.
