Job summary

A-Gas is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Seattle area who will lead technicians, grow the customer base, and coordinate service activities across the US network. You will drive growth, mentor staff, and partner with sales for new opportunities while ensuring high safety and service standards.

The role requires a college degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, a valid license, CDL/ hazmat readiness, EPA certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL Class A or B with hazmat endorsement within 6 months of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Non-CDL medical card within 6 months of employment.
• EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment.
• Willing to work flexible hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Power BI, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
• Build and maintain client base.
• Partner with sales and customer service to retain and attract customers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
• Receive and respond to calls regarding scheduling, service issues, and customer concerns.
• Perform refrigerant recoveries as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; substantial driving in company truck.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer management.
• Uphold safety standards.
