Job summary

A-Gas in the Americas is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a Seattle-area team of technicians, drive growth, and expand our customer base. You will blend customer service with leadership, coach technicians, and collaborate with sales and support teams to meet goals.

The role emphasizes field work outdoors, occasional travel, and the use of Salesforce to manage customers and service activities. Competitive compensation with a truck and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3+ years of relevant field experience.
• 21+ years old with valid driver's license and clean record.
• CDL Class A or B with hazmat endorsement within 6 months.
• EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Power BI, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

• Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
• Build and maintain client base.
• Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
• Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns.
• Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).
• This role requires the ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• A substantial amount of time will be spent driving in a company truck
• Utilize Salesforce for customer management.
• Uphold Safety to Standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a college degree OR have 3+ years of relevant experience
• Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with hazmat endorsement within 6 months of employment
• Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Non-CDL medical card within 6 months of employmentHave the ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
• Be willing to work flexible hours - Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)

Why A-Gas?

Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $90,000, depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
